My Kind of Sunday

Things I like to do on Sunday’s, in no particular order:

• Arrange flowers from my garden

• Flip pancakes for my child army

• Iron & watch a British period piece while nobody bothers me

• Prep jars of Overnight Oats

• Write out my Sugar Paper weekly calendar

• Attempt to read the Sunday paper cover-to-cover without interruption (emphasis on “attempt”)

• Make a big pot of chicken stock for the week

• Organize whichever closet/drawer/cabinet is driving me most bonkers

& then collapse into a chair at 5pm with a slightly-dirty Stoli vodka martini with three jalapeño olives to watch whatever movie we all agree on. The End.
